First time fish owner? Here are a few very good first time fish.
Mollies are great to have as first time fish because they can adapt to salt water as well as fresh
water.They are also great first time breeding fish because they are livebearers and they breed easily.
Platies are great first time fish because they are livebearers like mollies and guppies.They too
can adapt quite well to saltwater.
Guppies are great beginner fish and they can breed easily because they are livebearers.
Gouramies are also a great first time fish because they are very mild tempered and go well in a community
tank.
Bettas are nice to have too but need at least a 2 gallon tank or even more. They do well
in a community tank as long as there is only 1 male.
